Meet Freya
My name is Freya Battiston-Hare. I lived in Italy most of my life where I learned the art of creating bespoke and handcrafted pastries and desserts. I have worked in multiple 5* hotels, Michelin restaurants and in Disney Cruise Line around the world before deciding to settle down with my husband in the North East of England and start our family.
My experience and professionalism will help deliver the best possible product for you. My goal is to warm your heart and delight your taste buds! I value locally grown, fresh ingredients prepared to recipes that taste amazing. I like to keep it simple and emphasize a natural flavor.
