Frequently Asked Questions

How do I place an order?

You can reach me via Whatsapp or my other social media channels. I will respond within 24 hours to discuss details of your order.


When will my order be ready?

I aim to complete all orders within 72 hours, however this is subject to current demand and the size of your order. More precise timings can be worked out during enquiry.


How will my order be handled?

Each box or bag is delicately packaged and labeled personally by hand. Orders can be picked up at an agreed time and date. Local deliveries may be accommodated at an extra fee.


When can I collect my order?

To ensure quality, your order will be prepared as close as possible to an agreed upon date and time.


How will my order be presented?
Cakes and cupcakes come in window boxes.

Cookies and truffles are packaged by hand in decorative cellophane bags. Cake pops are singularly packaged in decorative cellophane bags.

Fruit platters are packaged in elegant reusable plastic trays.

All products are delicately hand packaged with a ribbon and shop sticker, gift tags are also available upon request.


Can I send a surprise order as a gift?

Absolutely, so long as it is within a reasonable distance of Stockton-on-Tees! During enquiry, please provide address, contact details, and delivery instructions. Please note, I accept no responsibility for products left elsewhere.

Will any order information be included on the parcel?

No, my orders are discretely packaged in case they are sent as a gift.

How long do the products stay fresh?

I would recommend all products are consumed within 7 days of receiving. Some products do not need to be refrigerated and are happy in the box they arrive in so long as they are stored away from direct heat sources. Storage instructions for each product are located on the box label.

Do you require a deposit?
For most orders I take an agreed upon non-refundable deposit to secure the date/availability. The remaining balance is paid upon collection/delivery. If the order value exceeds £150, I would require the full amount paid in advance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, bank transfer, Revolut or PayPal. When placing your order, please advise me your preferred payment method and I will send you all the necessary details.


Do you cater for people with allergies and intolerances?

I don’t accommodate allergies however I can try to accommodate intolerances. Please send details in your enquiry.
Be aware that I do not have separate work/storage spaces and all orders are prepared in a single kitchen.
